About Us

I’m Jazzmine Benisa, owner and founder of Watch Me Grow Childcare in Federal Way. I joined the child care and preschool field to provide the very best, affordable child care and a great community for all families. I’m passionate about helping kids thrive.

Having a home daycare and preschool has been a great adventure and a wonderful experience. I learn so much from the families and children. Every day I’m inspired by the little people in my care – they are so amazing. I do everything I can to help each and every one to thrive so they can reach their full potential.

Training and Certifications

• Early Childhood Education AAS Degree
• Graduate of Renton Technical College
• Child Development Associate (CDA) Certificate
• Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
• STARS training, 20 hours
• Early Start training
• Mother Goose Time training
• Early Achiever participant
• Extensive continuing education in early childhood development

I’ve been running a family child care in my home since 2007 and have worked in the child care field since 2002. I am a mother of three and have a wonderful husband, Josef.

We are licensed by the State of Washington to care for 12 children, ages 0 – 5 years.
